Franklin Warens is the founder and CEO of Warens Financial Group, a bilingual mortgage brokerage in Houston, Texas (Company NMLS #2532048).

Franklin came to the United States from Cuba. In 2011 he was running shifts at the AMC Gulf Pointe 30 in south Houston. It was his first job leading people.

In 2013 he took a personal banker seat at JPMorgan Chase. Four years later he was a private client banker, recognized again and again as a top producing banker.

Across his desk sat founders and business owners, every single day. Each meeting confirmed what he had been thinking all along. He was meant to build his own.

At 26 he walked away from a corporate career. He cofounded Clear Choice Home Loans with his mentor, Jesus Hernandez, and in November 2023 he opened Warens Financial Group.
